Most of the coffee we source comes from Sumatra, one of Indonesia’s most important coffee-producing islands. The region accounts for more than 60% of the country’s coffee production, making it the heart of Indonesia’s coffee industry.
Known for origins such as Aceh Gayo, Mandheling (North Sumatra), Lintong (Lake Toba Highlands), Sidikalang (Dairi Highlands) and Lampung. Sumatran coffees are valued for their full body, rich sweetness, and distinctive character. Being based in North Sumatra allows us to stay close to these producing regions and work directly within the island’s coffee network.

We provide coffees processed through Semi-Washed (Giling Basah), Fully Washed, Natural, and Honey methods, allowing roasters to select profiles that suit their roasting style and market needs.

In specialty coffee, cupping scores are used to evaluate quality and consistency. Each lot is assessed by certified Q Graders using the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) scoring system, which measures attributes such as fragrance, flavor, aftertaste, acidity, body, balance, sweetness, and cleanliness.
