At Red Cherry Coffee, we provide coffee samples for quality evaluation prior to purchase. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for all sample requests.
1. Sample Availability
Samples are available for green coffee beans only and are intended for quality assessment and cupping purposes.
Each sample request is subject to product availability.
2. Sample Size
- Standard sample size: 300 grams per origin
- Samples are prepared from available lots and may represent current stock
3. Sample Cost
A deposit of USD 100 is required for each sample request.
This amount:
- Includes international shipping cost
- Covers handling and preparation
- Will be fully deductible from your future order if you proceed with a purchase
4. Packaging
All samples are packed in:
- Vacuum-sealed plastic bags to maintain freshness and quality during transit
5. Shipping
- Samples are shipped using international courier services
- Tracking information will be provided once dispatched
- Delivery time depends on destination country
6. Purpose of Samples
Samples are provided strictly for:
- Quality evaluation
- Roasting trials
- Cupping and profile assessment
They are not intended for resale or commercial distribution.
7. Order Deduction
The USD 100 sample deposit can be deducted from your total invoice when (Valid for 1 month upon sample arived at destination):
- You proceed with a confirmed purchase
- The order meets minimum commercial quantity
8. Non-Refundable Policy
Sample payments are non-refundable, as they cover product, handling, and shipping costs.
9. Request Process
To request a sample:
- Submit an inquiry through our website or WhatsApp
- Confirm sample details (origin, processing, availability)
- Complete payment
- Sample will be prepared and shipped
10. Policy Enforcement
Red Cherry Coffee reserves the right to:
- Decline sample requests that do not meet our criteria
- Limit the number of samples per customer
- Adjust this policy without prior notice
