Product Scope

We offer:

• Green Coffee Beans (primary export product)
• Roasted Coffee Beans (selected markets)

Available in multiple origins, processing methods, and quality grades.

Minimum Order & Volume

• Flexible volume depending on product availability
• Typical export starts from 60 kg and above
• Available for:
  • LCL (Less than Container Load)
  • FCL (Full Container Load – 20ft / 40ft)

Incoterms (Delivery Terms)

We support standard Incoterms (latest version) depending on agreement:

• FOB (Free On Board) – we handle export until loading at port
• CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight) – we arrange shipping to destination port
• CNF (Cost & Freight) – we arrange shipping to destination port (without insurance)

Final pricing and responsibility will follow the agreed Incoterm.

Payment Terms

Our standard payment structure:

• 30% Down Payment (DP)
  • Payable within 2 working days after contract signing
• 70% Remaining Balance
  • When goods loaded to container and sealed at our warehouse, after full payment Scan Copy Bill of Landing will be provided to you

Production and shipment will proceed after the down payment is received.

Coffee Preparation Timeline

• Coffee preparation takes up to 2 weeks after down payment
• Includes:
  • Sorting and grading
  • Final quality control
  • Packaging preparation

Timeline may vary depending on volume and processing requirements.

Packaging

Standard export packaging:

• Jute bags (30 / 60 kg) with GrainPro liner
• Custom packaging available upon request

Designed to maintain quality during international transport.

Shipping & Logistics

• Shipping time depends on destination and forwarder
• We can coordinate shipment or work with your nominated forwarder
• Available shipping methods:
  • LCL (partial shipment)
  • FCL (20ft / 40ft containers)

Final schedule and transit time will be confirmed during shipment planning.

Export Documentation

We provide standard export documents, including:

• Commercial Invoice
• Packing List
• Certificate of Origin
• Phytosanitary Certificate (if required)

Additional documents can be prepared based on destination requirements.

Buyer Responsibility

To ensure smooth import and clearance, buyers are responsible for:

• Understanding import regulations in their country
• Confirming required documentation
• Paying import duties, taxes, and local charges
• Coordinating with local customs or agents

Quality Assurance

Before shipment, all coffee is:

• Sorted and graded
• Checked for moisture (typically 11–13%)
• Evaluated for defect value and screen size
• Cupped to confirm profile consistency
