This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Red Cherry Coffee. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.
1. No Return Policy
All sales made through Red Cherry Coffee are final.
Due to the nature of coffee products and food safety considerations, we do not accept returns once an order has been confirmed, processed, or shipped.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details are correct before completing their purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Situations
Red Cherry Coffee does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for the following reasons:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Ordering the wrong product
- Personal taste or flavor preference
- An incorrect roasting level was selected by the customer
- Incorrect shipping information was provided by the customer
- Failure to receive the shipment due to the customer’s unavailability
Once the order has been placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled or returned.
3. Customer Responsibility
Customers must carefully review:
- Product type
- Quantity
- Processing method
- Roast level (if applicable)
- Shipping address
before submitting an order.
Red Cherry Coffee is not responsible for errors made by the customer during the ordering process.
4. Shipping Issues
Red Cherry Coffee is responsible for preparing and dispatching orders correctly.
However, we are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party shipping carriers once the shipment has been handed over to the courier.
Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.
5. Policy Enforcement
Red Cherry Coffee reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request that does not comply with this policy.
